This session will address how organisations should process the personal data of children and individuals lacking full legal capacity, where detailed local guidance remains limited. It will cover guardian consent, proportionate age assurance, notices a child or guardian can understand and marketing to minors, and SDAIA's October 2026 draft amendments to the Implementing Regulation, which propose a DPIA and registration with the National Register of Controllers for such processing.
