(c) If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

11. Termination

(a) Pyxos reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. 

(b) Termination of access does not waive any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

12. Miscellaneous

(a) If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

(b) Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. 

(c) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pyxos regarding the use of the Site.
